Mid Central Community Action, Inc. is a HUD-approved Housing Counseling Agency. We understand that the process of purchasing a home can be exciting. We also know that many questions can arise. We are here to help! Our Housing Counselors are available to walk you through all of the steps of the home buying process.  

 

Our Homebuyer Education program is designed to educate
homebuyers of both the long and short-term Homebuyer Education program detailsbenefits of homeownership assistance programs. These classes offer potential homeowners the chance to gain skills necessary to sustain their home over the life of the mortgage. Homebuyer Education is available to anyone regardless of income or homeownership status. Our post-purchase homeownership assistance services are available for individuals and families that have recently purchased a home or are more experienced in homeownership. Our goal is to ensure that homeowners have the skills to maintain the home and their family finances for years to come!

Foreclosure Intervention and Solutions

For individuals and families that are having trouble making mortgage payments, are late on their mortgage payments, or may be facing foreclosure, it may be hard to see what options are available. MCCA is here to help. Through our foreclosure intervention services, homeowners will have the chance to review their available options and can work with a housing counselor to discuss what options might be best.
