We are currently hiring for the following positions:
CDV Full-Time Residential Advocate - 2nd Shift
Position Level: 3, Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Supervision Received: CDV Shelter Manager
Supervision Exercised: None
Starting Wage Range: $21.25/hour - $21.75/hour (1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift differential applies)
Benefits:
- As of 1st day of employment: earned time off (ETO), paid holidays (12), 403(b) retirement plan participation eligibility
- Eligible on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment: health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, basic term life insurance and AD&D, short term disability insurance, and voluntary life, AD&D, and long-term disability

Countering Domestic Violence (CDV) Court Advocate
Position Level: level 4b, full-time, salaried, exempt
Supervision Received: Domestic Violence Unit (DVU) Coordinator
Supervision Given: Assists with mentoring interns (as applicable)
Starting Annual Salary: $49,000

CDV Part-Time Residential Advocate

Starting Wage Range: $21/hour
Benefits:
- Part-time employees earn up to five (5) days of leave from work each year (one hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked).
- Part-time employees are also eligible to participate in MCCA’s 403(b) retirement plan.
