We are currently hiring for the following positions:

 

CDV Residential Advocate 
Position Level:  2, part-time, hourly, non-exempt
Supervision Received: 
Countering Domestic Violence and Mayors Manor Program Manager
Supervision Exercised:  None

Starting Wage Range:  $21.00/hour

Benefits: 

  • Five (5) days of leave from work per year (1 hour of paid leave for every 40 hours worked)  
  • 403(b) retirement plan participation eligibility

Responsible for providing quality services to individuals and families experiencing domestic violence

Countering Domestic Violence (CDV) Court Advocate
Position Level: level 4b, full-time, salaried, exempt
Supervision Received: Domestic Violence Unit (DVU) Coordinator
Supervision Given: Assists with mentoring interns (as applicable)
Starting Annual Salary: $49,000
Benefits:

  • As of 1st day of employment: earned time off (ETO), paid holidays (12), 403(b) retirement plan participation eligibility
  • Eligible on the 1st of the month after 60 days of employment: health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, basic term life insurance and AD&D, short term disability insurance, and voluntary life, AD&D, and long-term disability

Responsible for providing legal advocacy services to victims of domestic violence

Youth Services Advocate
Position Level: 4B, Full-Time, Salaried, Exempt
Supervision Received: CDV Program Director
Supervision Given: None
Starting Salary: $40,000

Responsible for coordinating and providing services to children, teens, and parents on a
residential and outreach basis; developing and implementing prevention programs for
youth. Maintain and coordinate the daily operations of Neville House in residential
services coordinators absence
