Tami Foley, Executive Director |
Tami serves as the Executive Director of Mid Central Community Action, Inc. (MCCA), bringing over 18 years of expertise in Human Resources and Organizational Compliance. Transitioning from corporate America to the nonprofit sector in 2015, she has since achieved certifications as a Society of Human Resources Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and a Certified Nonprofit Executive Director (CNED).
In her role at MCCA, Tami collaborates with all departments to ensure adherence to grant regulations and fosters a culture of professional development by guiding leadership and staff toward achieving their goals.
Tami actively contributes to various boards and initiatives, including the Bloomington Normal Human Resources Board, Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Board, the Emergency Food & Shelter Program Board, the Illinois Community Development Corporation Board, and the Illinois State University Social Work Advisory Board.
Outside of her professional commitments, Tami enjoys supporting her son and grandson at football games. |
Barbara Torres serves as the Executive Administrator, providing vital support to leadership and ensuring seamless day-to-day
operations. With a strong commitment to efficiency and organization, she plays a key role in advancing MCCA’s mission to
empower individuals and strengthen communities.
