Mid Central Community Action Housing Stability Navigator will provide assistance to local precariously housed and homeless residents that are currently living in a hotel, shelter, vehicle, with friends, family or in the streets. The Housing Stability Navigator will work with local agencies to connect clients to resources, and also see if they qualify for assistance with first month rent or a rental deposit.
To qualify you must be income eligible, and have a steady source of income:
- Social security
- Income from employment
- Steady, documented, unearned income
- Other primary source of verifiable income
*Please note - This date is for individuals looking for assistance with first month's rent on a new housing location.
The Housing Navigator can not help with mortgage or rental arrears during these appointments, and
the client must come in person to schedule their appointment.
